Coinless Laundry Refund Policy
On-duty Attendants are only authorized to refund up to $5.00 per customer. If your refund request exceeds $5.00, you will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. Click here to request your refund.
Do you have a balance on a card you no longer need? No problem! See an Attendant and she will buy your card from you, with a $5.00 limit. If your request exceeds $5.00. Click here for assistance.
Is your card damaged? NO WORRIES! Click here for assistance.
Bonus Cards: NO cash refunds on Bonus
Vending Machines: Accepts cash and credit cards only. The store laundry card is NOT accepted. These machines are owned by a third-party vendor; however Attendants can assist you with a refund of up to $5.00. Click here to request your refund.

- Don't want to add so much money on to your card? Use the Bill-to-Bill Changer to add the right amount for your wash!
- Have a balance on multiple cards? Combine balances from multiple cards onto one; just see an Attendant and she will gladly merge your cards for you, or Click here for assistance.
- Do you need to wash and have a pocket full of coins? We'll take your coins! See an Attendant and she will buy your change (For customers only, money will be applied to a laundry card only).
